A limited number of student travel grants are available to encourage student IEEE members to attend ICOPS 2026. For those students selected, the grant will also provide complimentary conference registration.

Only “First Author” abstracts submitted by students are eligible for travel grants. Moreover, the abstract should be original (i.e. not published elsewhere).

Applicants should submit the following information by April 17, 2026.

• Copy of submitted abstract
• IEEE student membership number
• Proposed travel budget to the conference (excluding accommodations)
• One letter of recommendation from the student’s advisor, stating the importance of the research to be presented
