The main conference venues for ICOPS 2026 are Harrah’s and Caesars Republic – Lake Tahoe — both connected by an underground tunnel. Caesars Republic will serve as Conference Headquarters.

Group Rates
A special group rate has been negotiated for IEEE ICOPS 2026 attendees at both host properties. This exclusive rate does not include applicable taxes and a nightly resort fee of $25. The resort fee covers:
- High-speed Wi-Fi (up to four devices per room)
- Fitness center access
- Pool access
- Unlimited local calls
A limited number of rooms are also available at the prevailing government rate.
Please note: Group rates vary between weeknights and weekends. The “Rooms starting from” rate displayed is an average across all nights. Once you select a property and your specific dates, the correct nightly rates will appear.
If you prefer to make your reservation by phone, please call +1-800-455-4770. A $15 service fee applies. Be sure to reference IEEE ICOPS 2026 to receive the group rate.
Reservations must be made by 5:00pm Pacific Time on Monday, May 18, 2026 in order to get the group rate. Once the room block is sold out, the hotel will offer rooms/rates based upon availability.
